1. Overview

At Bazaario LLC ("Bazaario"), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we offer returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased through our online marketplace.

2. Return Eligibility

You may return most products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • The item must include all original tags, labels, and accessories
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
  • Personal care items that have been opened or used (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items that have been damaged through misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear
  • Gift cards or digital products

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at returns@bazaario.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days
  3. If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions and a return authorization number
  4. Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
  • Partial Refunds: We may issue a partial refund if the returned item shows signs of use, is missing components, or is not in its original condition.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or variant, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@bazaario.com. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage or defect
  • A description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

7. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item at no cost to you.

8. Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
  • Defective/Wrong Items: We will cover return shipping costs.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times vary
  3. If you've done both and still have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@bazaario.com

10. Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped. To cancel, email us at returns@bazaario.com with your order number. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
